Food Service

We offer restaurant-style food service with chef-trained cooks. Our staff serves the meal by courses with beverages, soup or salad, entrees, and desserts along with menu choices at meal times.

Our full-time Licensed Registered Dietitian reviews the chef-planned  menus for nutritional adequacy. She adapts regular diets to physician ordered therapeutic diets such as sodium restricted, diabetic, and renal. When appropriate, the ordering of regular/liberal diets is encouraged as studies show that long-term care residents are happier and healthier when offered a greater variety of foods.
