Mission Statement

The mission of Hi-Acres Manor, based upon Christian values, is to provide quality care for the whole person encompassing the physical, social, emotional, and spiritual well-being of our residents and staff.

Objectives

1. Provide services in a manner that enables individuals to attain the highest level of functioning and to maintain this level in the least restrictive environment.
2. Preserve and protect the rights of each resident regardless of race, creed, sex, age, or social status.
3. Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for each resident, family, and staff.
4. Operate the facility in a cost effective manner by establishing and maintaining sound financial practices and procedures.
5. Recruit, retain, and develop quality staff with professional and personal qualities committed to the goals of this organization.
