Sharlene B Gumke, RN - Director of Nursing Services Shar has been a part of the Hi-Acres Manor team since 1981 when she began service as the Assistant Director of Nursing. She assumed her current role in 1982. Shar received her Bachelor of Arts degree in nursing from Jamestown College and has done post graduate work through the University of Phoenix.  Shar has been recognized by Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing and is a recipient of the North Dakota Long Term Care Association's distinguished service award.
	Raelene Schuh, RN - Unit Manager - Wing 4 Raelene has been a part of the Hi-Acres Manor team since graduating from Trinity School of Nursing with a Diploma in Nursing in 1979.  She is currently the Unit Manager of Wing 4.  Raelene received a Parish Nurse Certification in 2005 and serves as a Parish Nurse at Atonement Lutheran Church.
	Pamela Feigert, RN - Unit Manager - Wings 3 & 5 Pam joined Hi-Acres Manor in 1993.  She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Nursing from Jamestown College in 1995.  Pam is currently the Unit Manager of Wings 3 and 5.  She is a College Fellow in Nursing and is a member of the Sigma Theta Tau Nursing Honor Society.
	Sharlyn Geerdes, RN - Unit Manager - Wing 1 Sharlyn returned to employment at Hi-Acres Manor in 2000 as Unit Manager of Wing 1.  She had previously served as the Assistant Director of Nursing at Hi-Acres Manor from 1990 to 1996.  Sharlyn received her Bachelor of Nursing degree from Jamestown College and a Master of Nursing degree from the University of Mary. She has a Parish Nurse Certification and an ANA Certification in Gerintological Nursing. She has received the North Dakota Mental Health Association human service excellence award and was the chairperson of the Research Committee for the Medication Aide Project in 1993.
	Sheila Kinzler, RN - Unit Manager - Wing 2 & Special Care Unit Sheila joined Hi-Acres Manor in 2000 and is currently the Unit Manager of Wing 2 and the Special Care Unit. She received a Certificate of Training as a Licensed Practical Nurse from NDSCS in 1976. In 1996, Sheila received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Nursing from Jamestown College. She is the co-facilitator for the MN-ND Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association Support Group and is a council member of the Eastern Region of the MN-ND Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association.
	Joan Martin, RN - Quality Assurance Manager/Staff Development Joan is a life long resident of North Dakota, a graduate of Jamestown College, receiving degrees in nursing and sociology.  Joan has been employed in numerous capacities in the community, having been licensed as both an RN and a Social Worker.  Joan joined the Hi-Acres Manor team on a part-time basis in 1987.  After retirement from Social Services, she was then employed full-time by Hi-Acres Manor.  She previously served in the capacity as an Evening Nursing Supervisor.  Her current position as Quality Assurance Manager also includes Risk Management and Staff Development.
