Rehab Staff

	Carmen Bender, COTA/L - Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Carmen graduated from North Dakota State College of Science with an Associate degree in occupational therapy in 1997.  Carmen previously worked at the North Dakota State Hospital as a COTA/L.  She is a member of the North Dakota Occupational Therapy Association.
	Christine Michaelson, PTA - Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant Christine graduated from Lake Area Technical Institute in Watertown South Dakota with an Associate degree in physical therapy. Christine has worked at Altru Health Systems as a PTA in a variety of settings including acute care, outpatient and inpatient rehab, pediatric, and long-term care.
