Special Care Unit

Hi-Acres Manor opened a Special Care Unit in February 1997 to provide specialized services for residents with Alzheimer's Disease, dementia, or related conditions. The 16-bed state-of-the-art unit is designed around a social model of care to enhance the lives of residents affected by dementia. The unit is licensed by the North Dakota State Department of Health and Consolidated Labs. The facility provides skilled nursing care in a secured unit. At the point in time when the resident's medical needs outweigh his/her social benefits of the unit, we will transfer those residents to the regular skilled nursing setting.

HAM Apartments

Hi-Acres Manor has a 10-unit building for independent living.  Personal care, housekeeping, laundry, meals, etc, are the responsibility of each individual tenant.  Make inquiries via the business office.
