Thank you for considering Hi-Acres Manor as the skilled nursing care facility to provide for you or your family member's needs. It is our aim to meet our residents' needs and to do so in a pleasant environment.
Open Admission Policy
It is the policy of Hi-Acres Manor Nursing Center to admit and to treat all residents without regard to race, creed, sex, age, or social status. Requirements for admission and room assignment apply to all. There is no distinctions in eligibility for or in the provision of any resident services according to race, creed, sex, age, or social status.
No persons, residents, personnel, or volunteer workers in the facility shall, on the grounds of race, creed, sex, age, or social status, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefit of, or be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity.
